Every email sorted, the right replies drafted

ChatReact connects to your Microsoft 365 mailbox, files every incoming email into your own categories and prepares a reply draft wherever it can genuinely answer — from your knowledge base, in your voice. Nothing is ever sent: you review and press send.

Drafts based on knowledge, not on guesswork

Most email assistants imitate your writing style and produce a draft for everything — including questions they cannot actually answer. ChatReact works the other way around: a draft is only written when an active email instruction covers the topic and your knowledge base answers the question above a confidence threshold. If either check fails, no draft is created and the reason is recorded in the activity log.

  • No draft without a matching rule and a covered answer — so no invented facts
  • Drafts land natively in your own mailbox, ready to review and edit
  • The send permission is never requested — a person always presses send

How the email assistant works

From connecting your mailbox to a finished draft — in a few clicks, and only for mail that arrives after you connect.

1

Connect your mailbox

Sign in with Microsoft 365 and authorize ChatReact. Your existing mail history stays untouched — only new email is processed.

2

Every email gets a category

Incoming mail is sorted into your categories — To Respond, FYI, Newsletters, Notifications, Suspected Spam or your own — and tagged directly in Outlook.

3

The double gate decides

For mail that warrants a reply, ChatReact checks whether an instruction covers the topic and whether your knowledge base answers it confidently.

4

You review and send

The draft waits in your mailbox with your signature attached. Edit whatever you like, then send it yourself — ChatReact simply cannot.

Real inbox moments

The questions that fill your inbox every day

Recurring questions your knowledge base already answers come back as a finished draft. Everything else is left untouched for you.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Questions about rates, delivery times and destination countries are answered from your shipping information — tracking an individual order stays with your team.

Do you ship to Austria, and how long does delivery take?

Prepared reply

Yes, we ship to Austria. Parcels usually arrive two to three working days after dispatch, and shipping is free from an order value of €50. You will find the full rate overview on our shipping page.

Returns and exchanges

Return windows, conditions and the exact process are documented once — and the draft states them correctly every time.

I would like to return a pair of shoes. How does that work?

Prepared reply

You can return unworn items within 30 days. Simply use the return label from your order confirmation and drop the parcel off at any branch; we refund within five working days of arrival.

Product and technical questions

Setup steps, compatibility and specifications come straight from your documentation instead of from a guess.

Does the sensor work with the older 2019 controller?

Prepared reply

Yes — the sensor is compatible with the 2019 controller from firmware 3.2 onwards. You will find the firmware update and the installation steps in our documentation.

Payment methods and terms

Payment methods, terms and billing rules are documented once — and every draft states them in the wording you approved.

Which payment methods do you offer for business customers?

Prepared reply

For business customers we offer purchase on account with 14 days' payment terms, bank transfer and credit card. For an invoice relating to one specific order, a colleague will come back to you.

Appointments and opening hours

Opening hours, holiday closures and booking steps stop being copy-and-paste work.

Are you open between Christmas and New Year?

Prepared reply

We are here for you from 27 to 30 December, 9:00 to 15:00; we are closed on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December. Appointments can be booked online as usual.

Supplier and partner requests

Recurring B2B questions about terms and processes get a consistent answer — and contact memory keeps the right form of address.

Could you confirm your standard lead time for bulk orders?

Prepared reply

Our standard lead time for bulk orders is ten working days from written confirmation. For volumes above 1,000 units we will come back to you with an individual schedule.

See the draft — and the reasoning behind it

Every processed email appears in the activity log with its category and the exact reason a draft was or was not created. Drafts carry the HTML signature you designed and what the assistant has learned about the contact.

Everything the assistant brings to your inbox

Built so your mailbox gets calmer without anyone losing control over what actually goes out.

Categories you define

Start with To Respond, FYI, Newsletters & Marketing, Notifications and Suspected Spam — then rename, add or remove them. Your category descriptions steer how the AI sorts and drafts.

Drafts only, never sending

ChatReact writes into your drafts folder and nowhere else. The permission to send email is not even requested during setup.

Contact memory

The assistant learns per contact who they are, which company they belong to, whether they use informal or formal address and what else is worth noting — and applies it to every future draft. Your corrections in the dashboard always win.

Your HTML signature

Design a full signature with logo, links and formatting, including image upload with cropping. A default one is generated from your company data.

Transparent activity log

For every email you can see which category it received and exactly why a draft was created — or deliberately not.

Replies in the sender's language

If someone writes in French, the draft comes back in French. Same knowledge base, matching language.

Give your inbox a head start

Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox in a few clicks and let ChatReact handle the sorting and the first draft. Available from the Professional plan; Gmail support is on the roadmap.
