Manage your ChatReact subscription, upgrade or downgrade plans, and access invoices.
Available Plans
ChatReact offers various plans for different needs:
- Free - Free to try out
- Starter - For small businesses
- Professional - For growing teams with advanced features
- Enterprise - Tailored solutions on request
- Agency Plans - For agencies managing multiple clients
Agency Plans
Agency plans come in three tiers: Agency Starter, Agency Pro, and Agency Business. All of them include the full Professional feature set plus white-label branding, live chat, lead management, API access, and the ability to manage multiple client companies from one account.

Starter Pro Trial
New users automatically receive a 14-day "Starter Pro" trial period. This allows you to test all Professional features before deciding to upgrade.
What's Included?
During the trial, you have:
- ✅ Access to all Professional features (except whitelabel branding)
- ✅ Live Chat - Real-time conversations with human agents
- ✅ Improvement Agent - AI-powered chatbot optimization
- ✅ Lead Forms - Capture visitor contact information
- ✅ FAQ Suggestions - Automatic FAQ generation from conversations
Usage limits remain at Free plan levels during the trial (100 chats/month, 1 chatbot, etc.). Only features are unlocked, not capacity.
After Trial Expiry
If you don't upgrade to a paid plan before the 14 days expire:
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
- Content created using Professional features during the trial will be locked:
- FAQs and Core Instructions generated by the Improvement Agent are unpublished and no longer used by your chatbot
- Contact forms created during the trial are deactivated
- Locked items are marked with a 🔒 icon in your dashboard
- Manually created FAQs and Core Instructions stay active up to the Free plan limits — anything above those limits is unpublished
Unlocking Content
If you upgrade to any paid plan at any time (even after trial expiry):
- All locked content is unlocked — your work created during the trial is never lost
- Unlocked FAQs and contact forms are not re-published automatically; review them and re-enable the ones you want to keep live
The Starter Pro trial can only be used once per account.
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Current Plan
- Go to Account in the user menu
- Click Billing
- See your current plan and usage
Upgrading
- Navigate to Billing
- Choose Monthly or Yearly with the billing interval toggle (yearly saves 20%)
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Complete checkout with our payment provider
Your upgrade takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it during checkout.
Downgrading
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Downgrade on the plan you want to switch to
The downgrade takes effect immediately. If your current usage (for example chatbots or team members) exceeds the lower plan's limits, the downgrade can't be completed — reduce your usage to fit the lower plan first, then try again.
Downgrading may disable features not available on lower tiers. Review before confirming.
Canceling
- Navigate to Billing
- In the Payment Methods section, click Manage to open the secure portal of our payment provider
- Cancel your subscription there
Your access continues until the end of the billing period. If you change your mind before then, you can undo the cancellation in the same portal.

Accepted Methods
We currently accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Billing
- In the Payment Methods section, click Manage
- You'll be taken to the secure portal of our payment provider, where you can add, update, or remove cards
Invoices
Accessing Invoices
- Navigate to Billing
- Scroll to the Invoices section
- Use Download PDF or View Online for any invoice
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Billing period
- Plan details
- Payment status
Usage Tracking
Monitoring Usage
The Billing tab shows your current usage:
- Chatbots: Number of chatbots created
- Chats/Month: Current month's conversation count
- Team Members: Seats in use
- Tokens/Month: AI processing usage
Usage Alerts
Receive notifications when:
- 80% of a monthly limit is reached
- 100% of a monthly limit is reached
Overage Handling
When you reach a monthly limit:
- Chats: New chats can't be started until the limit resets (existing conversations can continue)
- Tokens: New responses are declined until the limit resets
- Crawls: New crawls can't be started
Upgrade your plan to restore full functionality.
Partner Program
Earn money by recommending ChatReact:
- Go to Account → Partner Program
- Submit your application (tell us about your website and how you plan to promote ChatReact)
- Once your application is approved, you get a unique referral link to share
Approved partners earn a 20% recurring commission by default on subscriptions from referred customers, with a 30-day cookie window for attribution. Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount shown in your partner dashboard.

Deleting Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your account, you can do so from the Security tab in your Account settings.
How to Delete
- Go to Account in the user menu
- Click the Security tab
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Enter your email address to confirm
- Click Delete my account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Active subscription — canceled immediately (not at period end), no further charges
- Saved payment methods — removed from our payment provider
- All owned companies — and everything inside them:
- Chatbots, documents, FAQs, chat sessions, messages
- AI knowledge base
- Uploaded files
- API keys and team settings
- Team memberships — you are removed from all companies you were a member of
- Notifications, usage data, affiliate data
- Auth sessions and connected accounts (Google, etc.)
What Is Preserved
- Audit logs — your user ID is removed, but log entries are kept for compliance
- Companies you were a member of — they continue to exist without you
- Invites you sent — the invite remains valid, but your name is removed as the inviter
FAQs
Can I change plans at any time? Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Downgrades apply immediately; upgrades take effect as soon as checkout is completed.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription? Your subscription ends at the current billing period. Your account and data remain accessible — you simply revert to the Free plan. You can re-subscribe at any time.
What happens to my data if I delete my account? All data is permanently and immediately deleted, including billing data held by our payment provider, uploaded files, chatbots, and conversations. This cannot be undone. See "Deleting Your Account" above for details.
Is there a free trial of paid plans? Yes! All new users automatically receive a 14-day "Starter Pro" trial with access to all Professional features (at Free plan limits). See the "Starter Pro Trial" section above for details.
How does annual billing work? Pay for 12 months upfront and save 20%. Example: Starter is €23/mo (€278/year) instead of €29/mo. Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle in the Billing tab when choosing a plan.
