Account Settings

Account Settings is where you manage everything tied to you personally — your profile, your subscription, your notification preferences, and your account security. Unlike company settings, these apply across all companies you own or belong to.

Opening Account Settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Account. The page is organized into five tabs:

Profile

Profile Information

  • Display Name — the name shown to your team across the dashboard. Edit it and click Save Changes.
  • Avatar — your profile picture, shown next to your name in the dashboard.
  • Email Address — shown read-only. Your email is your login and cannot be changed.

Preferences

The Preferences card shows your personal dashboard settings:

  • Dark Mode — the dashboard theme
  • Timezone — the timezone used for your account

Billing

The Billing tab gives you a complete overview of your personal subscription, which applies to all your companies:

  • Your Subscription — your current plan and its status (e.g. Active)
  • Usage — your current consumption of Chatbots, Chats/Month, Team Members, and Tokens/Month, each with a progress bar against your plan limit
  • Available Plans — compare Single Company plans (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise) and Agency plans, and switch between Monthly and Yearly billing (yearly saves 20%)
  • Payment Methods — click Manage to add or update cards in the secure portal of our payment provider
  • Invoices — view and download your past invoices

Notifications

The Notifications tab controls how ChatReact keeps you informed — email and in-app notifications, delivery frequency (instant, hourly, daily, or weekly digests), and per-category preferences.

Partner Program

The Partner Program tab is where you apply to become a ChatReact partner and, once approved, manage your partnership:

  1. Submit the application form with your website and how you plan to promote ChatReact
  2. Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days
  3. Once approved, the tab becomes your partner dashboard with Overview, Referrals, Payouts, and Settings sections — including your personal referral link, statistics for clicks, sign-ups, and conversions, and payout management via PayPal or bank transfer

Security

Authentication

ChatReact uses magic link sign-in: you log in with a one-time link sent to your email address. The Authentication card shows the email address tied to your login.

Active Sessions

The Active Sessions card shows your current dashboard session.

Danger Zone — Deleting Your Account

At the bottom of the Security tab you can permanently delete your account:

  1. Click Delete Account
  2. Review the deletion preview — it lists the companies you own (with their chatbots and members) and totals for companies, chatbots, chat sessions, FAQs, and documents that will be removed, plus any company memberships you will be removed from
  3. Enter your email address to confirm
  4. Click Delete My Account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data is deleted immediately.
