Partner Program
The ChatReact Partner Program lets you earn money by recommending ChatReact. As an approved partner you receive a personal referral link — when someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, you earn a recurring commission on their payments.
Program Conditions

Self-referrals are not credited — you cannot earn commission by signing up through your own link.
How It Works
- Apply: Submit your partner application from your account settings
- Share your link: Once approved, share your unique referral link with your audience
- Track referrals: Watch clicks, signups, and conversions in your partner dashboard
- Get paid: Request payouts via PayPal or bank transfer once you reach €50 in approved commissions
Applying for the Program
- Log in and go to Account → Partner Program
- Fill in the application form:
- Your Website (required)
- Company Name (optional)
- How do you plan to promote ChatReact? — tell us about your audience and promotion strategy
- Click Submit Application
Applications are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days. You can check the current status anytime in the Partner Program tab.
Application Statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| Pending | Your application is under review |
| Approved | You're a partner — the full partner dashboard is unlocked |
| Not approved | Your application was declined — a reason is shown if one was provided. You can reapply 30 days after the rejection; the application form then becomes available again |
| Suspended | Your partner account has been suspended — contact support for details |
Your Referral Link
After approval, the Overview tab shows your personal referral link:

- Click Copy Link to copy it to your clipboard
- Your unique Affiliate Code and your commission rate are shown below the link
How Tracking Works
When a visitor opens your link, a tracking cookie valid for 30 days is set in their browser:
- Click: The visit is recorded and counts toward your click statistics
- Signup: If the visitor registers within the 30-day window, the signup is attributed to you
- Conversion: When the referred user makes their first payment, the referral counts as converted and commissions start accruing
Partner Dashboard
Once approved, the Partner Program tab contains four sub-tabs:
Overview
- Your referral link and affiliate code
- Statistics: Total Clicks, Signups, Conversions, and Conversion Rate
- Earnings cards: Total Earnings and Pending Payout
Referrals
A list of your referrals with their dates and current status:

| Clicked | Your link was clicked, no signup yet |
| Signed Up | The visitor registered an account |
| Converted | The referred user made their first payment |
| Churned | The referred user canceled their subscription |
Converted referrals also show the total commission they have earned you.
Payouts
Shows your available payout balance, the minimum payout amount, and your payout history. This is where you request payouts (see below).
Settings
Your payment details for receiving payouts:
- PayPal Email
- Bank Details: IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, and Account Holder Name
Click Save after making changes.
Add your payment details right after approval — you need a saved PayPal email or IBAN before you can request a payout.
Commissions
You earn 20% of every payment made by your referred customers — not just the first one. Each commission goes through these stages:

| Approved | Hold period passed — counts toward your payout balance |
| Payout Requested | Included in a payout request that is being processed |
| Paid | Paid out to you |
| Cancelled | Removed due to a refund or chargeback |
The 30-day hold period protects against refunds. Only approved commissions can be paid out.
Requesting a Payout
- Go to Account → Partner Program → Payouts
- Check your available payout balance — the Request Payout button activates once you reach the €50 minimum
- Click Request Payout and select your payment method: PayPal or Bank Transfer
- Your approved commissions are bundled into a payout request
You can follow each payout in the Payout History with one of these statuses: Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed. If a payout fails, the commissions return to your available balance so you can request again.
