Analytics

The Analytics page gives you a complete picture of how your chatbots are performing — chat volume, engagement, lead conversion, and form submissions, all in one place.

You'll find it in your dashboard sidebar under Analytics.

Analytics is read-only — every team role can view it without being able to change anything. If you haven't created a chatbot yet, the page shows the setup wizard instead of statistics.

Choosing What to Analyze

Analytics can show data for a single chatbot or for all chatbots in your company:

  • Single chatbot (default): The page shows data for the chatbot currently selected in the sidebar's chatbot switcher. A badge next to the page title displays its name.
  • All chatbots: Click Show All Bots to switch to a company-wide view. The badge changes to All Chatbots. Click Show Selected Bot to switch back.

You can also jump straight into a chatbot's analytics from the Chatbots overview — clicking the chat count on a chatbot card opens Analytics for that bot.

Key Metrics

The grid at the top shows up to 6 key performance indicators:

MetricDescriptionExtra Detail
Total SessionsAll chat sessions startedSessions started today
Total MessagesAll messages exchangedAverage messages per session
Active ChatbotsNumber of configured chatbots
Published FAQsFAQs available to the chatbot
Total LeadsAll captured leadsLeads this week
Form SubmissionsAll form submissionsSubmissions pending review

The Total Leads card only appears if Lead Management is included in your plan, and the Form Submissions card only appears if Forms are included.

Chat Activity

The Chat Activity chart visualizes your sessions over the last 30 days as a bar chart — from 30 days ago to today. Hover over a bar to see the exact date and number of sessions.

Use this chart to spot trends: traffic spikes after a campaign, quiet weekends, or steady growth over time.

Chatbot Performance

The Chatbot Performance panel shows engagement per chatbot:

  • Single chatbot view: The selected bot's total sessions and messages, plus its Active/Inactive status.
  • All chatbots view: Every chatbot in your company listed with its own session and message counts, so you can compare bots side by side.

Lead Funnel

If Lead Management is enabled for your plan (Professional and above, and all Agency plans), the Lead Funnel card shows how your leads move through the pipeline.

Conversion Rate

The headline number is your conversion rate — the percentage of all leads that reached the Converted status.

Status Breakdown

A horizontal bar shows the count for each lead status:

StatusDescription
NewJust captured, not yet contacted
ContactedInitial contact made
QualifiedLead is qualified for sales
ConvertedLead became a customer
LostLead was not converted

Below the breakdown, a mini chart shows new leads per day for the last 7 days.

If no leads have been captured yet, the card offers a Go to Leads shortcut. Learn how to capture and manage leads in Lead Management.

Form Submissions

If Forms are enabled for your plan (Starter and above), the Form Submissions card summarizes how your contact forms are performing.

Spam Rate

The headline number is your spam rate — the percentage of all submissions that were classified as spam. A high spam rate is a signal to review your form's spam protection settings.

Status Breakdown

Four cards show your submission counts by status:

StatusDescription
PendingAwaiting review
ApprovedReviewed and accepted
SpamCaught by spam detection
RejectedReviewed and declined

Below the breakdown, a mini chart shows submissions per day for the last 7 days.

If there are no submissions yet, the card offers a Go to Forms shortcut. Learn more in Contact Forms.

Best Practices

  1. Check the activity chart regularly: Spot drops early — an inactive chatbot or a removed embed code shows up here first
  2. Compare chatbots: Use the all-chatbots view to see which bot drives the most engagement
  3. Watch your conversion rate: Keep lead statuses up to date so the funnel reflects reality
  4. Monitor the spam rate: A sudden increase means it's time to tighten your form's spam protection
  5. Act on pending items: The leads and form shortcuts take you straight to anything waiting for review
