Starter Pro Trial
New users automatically receive a 14-day "Starter Pro" trial period. This allows you to test all Professional features before deciding to upgrade.
What's Included?
During the trial, you have:
- ✅ Access to all Professional features (except whitelabel branding)
- ✅ Live Chat - Real-time conversations with human agents
- ✅ Improvement Agent - AI-powered chatbot optimization
- ✅ Lead Forms - Capture visitor contact information
- ✅ FAQ Suggestions - Automatic FAQ generation from conversations
Usage limits remain at Free plan levels during the trial (100 chats/month, 1 chatbot, etc.). Only features are unlocked, not capacity.
After Trial Expiry
If you don't upgrade to a paid plan before the 14 days expire:
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
- Content created using Professional features during the trial will be locked:
- FAQs will no longer be shown in the widget
- Core Instructions will be excluded from chatbot responses
- These items will be marked with a 🔒 icon in your dashboard
Unlocking Content
If you upgrade to any paid plan at any time (even after trial expiry):
- All locked content will be automatically unlocked and reactivated
- Your work created during the trial is never lost
The Starter Pro trial can only be used once per account.
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Current Plan
- Go to Account in the user menu
- Click Billing
- See your current plan and usage
Upgrading
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Enter payment details
- Confirm upgrade
Changes take effect immediately, and you're charged the prorated difference.
Downgrading
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm downgrade
Downgrading may disable features not available on lower tiers. Review before confirming.
Canceling
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (helps us improve)
- Confirm cancellation
Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Updating Payment Method
- Go to Billing
- Click Payment Methods
- Add new method or update existing
- Set as default if desired
Invoices
Accessing Invoices
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Invoice History
- View or download any invoice
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Billing period
- Plan details
- VAT (if applicable)
- Payment status
VAT / Tax Information
For business accounts:
- Go to Billing → Tax Information
- Enter your VAT ID
- Add business name and address
- Updates apply to future invoices
Usage Tracking
Monitoring Usage
The dashboard shows real-time usage:
- Chats used: Current month's conversation count
- Tokens used: AI processing usage
- Crawl pages: Website pages crawled
- Storage: Knowledge base size
Usage Alerts
Receive notifications when:
- 80% of monthly limit reached
- 100% of monthly limit reached
- Approaching storage limits
Overage Handling
When you exceed limits:
- Chats: Queue message shown, chats still work
- Tokens: Responses may be truncated
- Crawls: Cannot start new crawls
Upgrade your plan to restore full functionality.

- Go to Account → Referrals
- Copy your unique referral link
- Share with others
- Earn credits when they subscribe

FAQs
Can I change plans at any time? Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. Download exports before canceling.
Is there a free trial of paid plans? Yes! All new users automatically receive a 14-day "Starter Pro" trial with access to all Professional features (at Free plan limits). See the "Starter Pro Trial" section above for details.
How does annual billing work? Pay for 12 months upfront and save 20%. Example: Starter is €23/mo (€278/year) instead of €29/mo.
