Open Ceny a služby in the sidebar after selecting your company and chatbot. This workspace separates price drafts from approved versions. Only the company Vlastník can change or approve prices; other authorized users can inspect the entries.

Review the list

Use Stav nejnovější revize and Filtr kategorií to narrow the list. Open Podrobnosti to inspect:

• Nejnovější revize: the newest saved version, which may still be a draft
• Schválená revize: the separately approved version
• Způsobilost k použití: whether the item is active, scheduled, expired, unapproved, archived or trial-locked
• Historie and Zdroje: the versions and source information behind the entry

Use Předchozí, Další and Obnovit to navigate or reload the list.

Create or edit a draft

1. Choose Nový koncept, or open an existing item and choose Upravit koncept.
2. Enter the Název and Typ ceny: fixed price, from price, range, on request or free.
3. Fill the relevant amount, maximum amount for a range, currency and unit.
4. Preserve the Původní text ceny, tax note, conditions and source information. Add validity dates if needed.
5. Choose Uložit koncept.

Saving creates an unapproved draft. It never approves the item automatically or silently replaces the separately approved version.

Import CSV drafts

1. Choose Import CSV.
2. Select a file or paste its contents.
3. Explicitly choose the Oddělovač and Desetinný oddělovač used by the file.
4. Choose Ověřit a zobrazit náhled and inspect the rows and any row/column errors.
5. Choose Importovat koncepty when the preview is correct.

An import creates drafts only. Correct validation errors before retrying. If a response is interrupted, use the existing import workflow to retry rather than starting duplicate imports.

Approve exact versions

1. Open Podrobnosti and choose Schválit verzi, or select entries and choose Zkontrolovat vybrané verze.
2. Compare Aktuálně schválená with Vybraná verze, including amounts, units, conditions and validity.
3. Choose Potvrdit přesné verze to approve the displayed selection.

If another edit changed a version, refresh the data and review it again. A stale selection is rejected rather than silently approving different values.

Use Archivovat when an entry should no longer be eligible. The version history remains available for review.

Check the result

Only eligible approved information should be relied on for answers. Check status and validity, then ask a representative question in Náhled and compare the answer with the source. This workspace does not collect payments, check inventory or confirm appointments.

Programmatic access

The REST API and MCP tools provide price read, draft-write and approval operations with separate permissions. Existing access keys do not receive these permissions automatically. The company owner controls write and approval access.
