Open Cenas un pakalpojumi in the sidebar after selecting your company and chatbot. This workspace separates price drafts from approved versions. Only the company Īpašnieks can change or approve prices; other authorized users can inspect the entries.

Review the list

Use Jaunākās redakcijas statuss and Kategoriju filtrs to narrow the list. Open Detaļas to inspect:

• Jaunākā redakcija: the newest saved version, which may still be a draft
• Apstiprinātā redakcija: the separately approved version
• Izmantošanas atbilstība: whether the item is active, scheduled, expired, unapproved, archived or trial-locked
• Vēsture and Avoti: the versions and source information behind the entry

Use Iepriekšējā, Nākamā and Atsvaidzināt to navigate or reload the list.

Create or edit a draft

1. Choose Jauns melnraksts, or open an existing item and choose Rediģēt melnrakstu.
2. Enter the Nosaukums and Cenas veids: fixed price, from price, range, on request or free.
3. Fill the relevant amount, maximum amount for a range, currency and unit.
4. Preserve the Sākotnējais cenas teksts, tax note, conditions and source information. Add validity dates if needed.
5. Choose Saglabāt melnrakstu.

Saving creates an unapproved draft. It never approves the item automatically or silently replaces the separately approved version.

Import CSV drafts

1. Choose CSV imports.
2. Select a file or paste its contents.
3. Explicitly choose the Atdalītājs and Decimālatdalītājs used by the file.
4. Choose Pārbaudīt un priekšskatīt and inspect the rows and any row/column errors.
5. Choose Importēt melnrakstus when the preview is correct.

An import creates drafts only. Correct validation errors before retrying. If a response is interrupted, use the existing import workflow to retry rather than starting duplicate imports.

Approve exact versions

1. Open Detaļas and choose Apstiprināt versiju, or select entries and choose Pārskatīt atlasītās versijas.
2. Compare Pašlaik apstiprināta with Atlasītā versija, including amounts, units, conditions and validity.
3. Choose Apstiprināt precīzās versijas to approve the displayed selection.

If another edit changed a version, refresh the data and review it again. A stale selection is rejected rather than silently approving different values.

Use Arhivēt when an entry should no longer be eligible. The version history remains available for review.

Check the result

Only eligible approved information should be relied on for answers. Check status and validity, then ask a representative question in Priekšskats and compare the answer with the source. This workspace does not collect payments, check inventory or confirm appointments.

Programmatic access

The REST API and MCP tools provide price read, draft-write and approval operations with separate permissions. Existing access keys do not receive these permissions automatically. The company owner controls write and approval access.
