Open Cene in storitve in the sidebar after selecting your company and chatbot. This workspace separates price drafts from approved versions. Only the company Lastnik can change or approve prices; other authorized users can inspect the entries.

Review the list

Use Stanje najnovejše revizije and Filter kategorij to narrow the list. Open Podrobnosti to inspect:

• Najnovejša revizija: the newest saved version, which may still be a draft
• Odobrena revizija: the separately approved version
• Upravičenost do uporabe: whether the item is active, scheduled, expired, unapproved, archived or trial-locked
• Zgodovina and Viri: the versions and source information behind the entry

Use Prejšnja, Naslednja and Osveži to navigate or reload the list.

Create or edit a draft

1. Choose Nov osnutek, or open an existing item and choose Uredi osnutek.
2. Enter the Ime and Vrsta cene: fixed price, from price, range, on request or free.
3. Fill the relevant amount, maximum amount for a range, currency and unit.
4. Preserve the Izvirno besedilo cene, tax note, conditions and source information. Add validity dates if needed.
5. Choose Shrani osnutek.

Saving creates an unapproved draft. It never approves the item automatically or silently replaces the separately approved version.

Import CSV drafts

1. Choose Uvoz CSV.
2. Select a file or paste its contents.
3. Explicitly choose the Ločilo and Decimalno ločilo used by the file.
4. Choose Preveri in prikaži predogled and inspect the rows and any row/column errors.
5. Choose Uvozi osnutke when the preview is correct.

An import creates drafts only. Correct validation errors before retrying. If a response is interrupted, use the existing import workflow to retry rather than starting duplicate imports.

Approve exact versions

1. Open Podrobnosti and choose Odobri različico, or select entries and choose Preglej izbrane različice.
2. Compare Trenutno odobrena with Izbrana različica, including amounts, units, conditions and validity.
3. Choose Potrdi točne različice to approve the displayed selection.

If another edit changed a version, refresh the data and review it again. A stale selection is rejected rather than silently approving different values.

Use Arhiviraj when an entry should no longer be eligible. The version history remains available for review.

Check the result

Only eligible approved information should be relied on for answers. Check status and validity, then ask a representative question in Predogled and compare the answer with the source. This workspace does not collect payments, check inventory or confirm appointments.

Programmatic access

The REST API and MCP tools provide price read, draft-write and approval operations with separate permissions. Existing access keys do not receive these permissions automatically. The company owner controls write and approval access.
